TITAN FITNESS IS THE GYM OF ALL GYMS. 10/10 RECOMMEND.
I used to walk around other gyms mindlessly for 2 hours, do absolutely nothing, and then call it a day. But at Titan, I get in a solid workout every day in just an hour. This place has some of the most encouraging and inspiring trainers/ members who will push you when you can no longer push yourself. Luh dis place. You should come. First class is free, so why not??

Sam and Joe are the best trainers ever. I started going to Titan almost a year ago and I have seen amazing results. Joe, Sam, and the other members are supportive and encouraging. The workouts are challenge but offer variety (like game day on Wednesday). Titan is a fun environment and you will get the results you want if you keep going. I’ve been to many group gyms and Titan is the only gym I’ve stuck with.

Joe and Sam are fantastic, enthusiastic, supportive and they really work at making sure your workout class is a workout. They work with those who have injuries, modifying the class for them. Update:. I had an issue with my elbow. Doc said take pain meds. Joe said... Let's take a look. After 6 months of pain, I can use my arm again!!
